研究目的：

1.针对存在产前抑郁或者产前抑郁倾向的剖宫产产妇，在椎管内麻醉下，胎儿娩出后单次静脉注射艾司氯胺酮，评价此举能否预防产后抑郁的发生或减轻产后抑郁评分。 2.评价产前抑郁评分与雌二醇诱导的相关DNA甲基化之间的关系；评价使用艾司氯胺酮与否，与雌二醇诱导的相关DNA甲基化之间的关系，探讨艾司氯胺酮抗围产期抑郁的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. For cesarean section women with prenatal depression or prenatal depression tendency, under spinal anesthesia, a single intravenous injection of esketamine after the fetus is delivered to evaluate whether this can prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression or reduce postpartum depression score. 2. To evaluate the relationship between prenatal depression score and estradiol-induced related DNA methylation; to evaluate the relationship between the use of esketamine and estradiol-induced related DNA methylation, and to explore the relationship between the use of esketamine and estradiol-induced related DNA methylation. Possible mechanism of ketamine against perinatal depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.产妇自愿，并签署知情同意书；
2.ASA II-Ⅲ级；
3.拟行剖宫产术
4.产妇年龄：20岁≤产妇年龄≤38岁；
5.孕周：35周≤孕周<42周；
6.单胎妊娠， 胎心良好；
血小板计数＞80×109/L，凝血功能无明显异常，或PT延长＜3s，APTT延长＜10s。

Inclusion criteria

1. Maternal voluntary, and signed informed consent;
2. ASA II-III grade;
3. Intended cesarean section
4. Maternal age: 20 years old ≤ maternal age ≤ 38 years old;
5. Gestational age: 35 weeks ≤ gestational age < 42 weeks;
6. Singleton pregnancy, good fetal heart rate;
Platelet count >80×109/L, no obvious abnormality in coagulation function, or prolonged PT <3s and APTT <10s.

排除标准：

1.术前使用过精神神经类药物；
2.严重的或不稳定的心、肝、肾、内分泌、血液等内科疾病者；
3.不能独立理解并完成量表内容；
4.严重抑郁症状（如有自杀意念）需要立即进行抗抑郁治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Psychoneurotic drugs have been used before surgery;
2. Patients with serious or unstable heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood, and other internal diseases;
3. Inability to independently understand and complete the contents of the scale;
4. Those with severe depressive symptoms (such as suicidal ideation) require immediate antidepressant treatment.
