研究目的:

1. 急进高原心肺功能变化规律及影响因素; 2. 可穿戴式人工智能设备在高原心肺运动功能评估中的临床意义; 3. 高原人群心肺运动试验动态心电图变化特征及与高原运动能力的关系; 4. 自主神经功能在平原及高原运动能力的关系。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Changes of cardiopulmonary function in acute Plateau and its influencing factors; 2. Clinical significance of wearable artificial intelligence devices in cardiopulmonary exercise function assessment at high altitude; 3. Changes of dynamic electrocardiogram of cardiopulmonary exercise test in Plateau population and its relationship with exercise ability at high altitude; 4. The relationship between autonomic nerve function and motor ability in plain and plateau.

纳入标准:

1. 出生和长期生活在低海拔;
2. 年龄在17-60岁之间的健康男性、女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Being born and living at low altitude for a long time;
2. Healthy male and female aged between 17 and 60.

排除标准:

1. 心血管疾病;
2. 肺病和其他呼吸系统疾病;
3. 血液病;
4. 半年内有高原地区暴露史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Cardiovascular diseases;
2. Lung and other respiratory diseases;
3. Blood diseases;
4. Exposure history of plateau area within half a year.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集采用HUAWEI WATCH Runner收集登记,将收集的数据通过华为运动健康APP转为运动记录表,运动记录表的纸质版和实验记录放于第二附属医院心血管内科实验室保管; 实验室专人对受试者的运动记录表电子版和纸质版及实验记录进行归档、管理.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The data were collected and registered by HUAWEI WATCH Runner, and the collected data were converted into an exercise record form through HUAWEI Sports health APP. The paper version of the exercise record form and experimental records were placed in the cardiovascular Medicine laboratory of the Second Affiliated Hospital for storage. The laboratory specially-assigned person will archive and manage the electronic and paper versions of the subjects' exercise records as well as the experimental records.
