研究目的：

本临床研究针对世居、久居高原人群，分析慢性高原病的危险因素，探索慢性高原病预后影响因素，为慢性高原病的发生及预后提供预警指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical study is conducted to explore the risk factors and prognostic factors of chronic mountain sickness, in order to provide early warning indicators for the occurrence and prognosis of chronic mountain sickness in people living at high altitude for a long time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、对照组
（1）年龄：大于18岁，男女不限；
（2）世居或久居高原1年以上，研究期间不准备返回平原永久居住；
（3）无慢性高原病(青海标准)；
（4）自愿签署知情同意书。
2、慢性高原病组
（1）大于18岁，男女不限；
（2）世居或久居高原者，研究期间不准备返回平原永久居住；
（3）符合慢性高原病诊断(青海标准)；
（4）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.control group
（1）Aged over 18 years, male or female;
（2）Those who live on high altitude over 1 year and not intented to return to the plains for permanent residence during the study period.
（3）Without chronic mountain sickness (Qinghai CMS criteria)
（4）Sign informed consent voluntarily
2.CMS group
（1）Aged over 18 years, male or female;
（2）Those who live on high altitude over 1 year and not intented to return to the plains for permanent residence during the study period;
（3）Diagnosed with chronic mountain sickness (Qinghai CMS criteria);
（4）Sign informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1、对照组
（1）妊娠、哺乳及研究期间有妊娠意愿的妇女；
（2）嗜烟、嗜酒及药物滥用者；
（3）有明确药物过敏史或变态反应者；
（4）患有心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、精神疾病、糖尿病、甲亢等代谢性疾病，以及肿瘤等危及生命疾病预计生存时间小于12个月患者；
（5）1个月内参加其它药物临床试验者；
（6）长期服用活血、增加免疫及抗氧化药物者。
2、慢性高原病组
（1）妊娠、哺乳及研究期间有妊娠意愿的妇女；
（2）嗜烟、嗜酒及药物滥用者；
（3）有明确药物过敏史或变态反应者；
（4）确诊CMS前诊断有其他心血管疾病；
（5）患有呼吸系统疾病、精神疾病、糖尿病、甲亢等代谢性疾病，以及肿瘤等危及生命疾病预计生存时间小于12个月患者；
（6）1个月内参加其它药物临床试验者；
（7）长期服用活血、增加免疫及抗氧化药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.control group
（1）Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intended to become pregnant during the study period;
（2）Smokers, alcohol drinkers and drug abusers;
（3）Those with a clear history of drug allergies;
（4）Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental diseases, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other metabolic diseases, as well as cancer and other life-threatening diseases with an expected survival time of less than 12 months;
（5）Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month;
（6）Those who prepare to take blood-activating, immune-enhancing and antioxidant drugs for a long time.
2.CMS group
（1）Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intended to become pregnant during the study period;

（4）Diagnosis of other cardiovascular disease prior to confirmation of CMS
（5）Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental diseases, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other metabolic diseases, as well as cancer and other life-threatening diseases with an expected survival time of less than 12 months;
（6）Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month;
（7）Those who prepare to take blood-activating, immune-enhancing and antioxidant drugs for a long time.
