研究目的：

制定并实施格林模式指导下的健康教育，探讨格林模式健康教育对血液透析患者内瘘自我管理水平的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To formulate and implement health education under the guidance of Green model, and explore the effect of Green model health education on the self-management level of internal fistula in hemodialysis patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①使用动静脉内瘘进行血液透析的患者；②每周规律透析3次，病情相对稳定；③年龄大于等于18岁；④意识清楚，能正常沟通交流；⑤签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients undergoing hemodialysis with arteriovenous fistula; ② Regular dialysis 3 times a week, the condition is relatively stable; ③ At least 18 years old; ④ Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally; ⑤ Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily.

排除标准：

①有严重并发症，如心脏衰竭、呼吸系统衰竭、严重感染等；②因急性肾损伤、中毒等其他非慢性肾衰竭导致透析治疗的患者；③在研究期间因死亡、转出、转腹膜透析或肾移植等转归患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe complications, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, severe infection, etc.; ② Patients undergoing dialysis due to acute kidney injury, poisoning and other non-chronic renal failure; ③ Patients who died, were transferred, were transferred to peritoneal dialysis or renal transplantation during the study period.
