研究目的：

（1）观察腹横筋膜平面阻滞对全麻剖宫产患者术后恢复情况的影响（2）探索全麻剖宫产术后镇痛处理策略，提高产科全麻患者的满意度，加速术后康复。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the effect of transverse abdominal fascia plane block on postoperative recovery of patients with cesarean section under general anesthesia. (2) To explore analgesic management strategies after cesarean section under general anesthesia, improve the satisfaction of patients with obstetric general anesthesia, and speed up postoperative recovery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选取2021年3月至2022年3月我院产科全麻剖宫产患者，年龄不限、BMI 18-35 kg/m2、沟通正常。

Inclusion criteria

all patients undergoing cesarean delivery under general anesthesia were enrolled between March 1st, 2021, and March 31st, 2022 were enrolled.

排除标准：

①严重心肺系统疾病 ASA分级IV级以上②精神、心理疾病:如精神分裂症抑郁慢性止痛药物使用史酗酒史阿片类药物依赖③过敏或禁忌研究药物 ④患者在术前无法照顾自己生活 ⑤手术后回到重症监护室⑥无法理解视觉模拟VAS评分量表和QoR-15量表 ⑦随访表单上的不完全信息。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were: ① patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifcation V ② mental and psychological diseases: Such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic drug use, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence ③ Allergy or contraindication to study medication ④cases in which patients were unable to take care of themselves in their preoperative lives ⑤ returning to intensive care unit after surgery ⑥ inability to understand visual analog scale and QoR-15 ⑦ Cases with incomplete information on the follow-up form.
