研究目的：

通过功能性近红外光谱技术（fNIRS）研究卒中后认知功能障碍患者（研究组）与对照组在静息态下脑功能连接及效应连接的变化以及在执行言语流畅性任务时脑区激活特征的变化, 通过统计分析探讨三组脑功能间的差异，进一步研究认知活动的神经机制，并探索功能性近红外光谱技术（fNIRS）是否可作为辅助诊断卒中后认知障碍的潜在生物标记。  

Objectives of Study：

The functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) was used to investigate the changes in functional and effector connectivity in the resting state and the activation characteristics of brain regions during the performance of verbal fluency tasks in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment (study group) and control group.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：
1) 符合2019年中国血管性认知障碍诊治指南；
2) 颅脑ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ影像证实为脑卒中，首次发作，病程<6个月；
3) 年龄30～80岁；
4) 简易智能精神状态量表（MMSE）小学组<20，初中级以上组<24;蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评分小学组≤19，初中及以上组≤24；
5) 均为右利手、受教育程度为小学及以上；
6) 自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria.
1) Compliance with the 2019 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and management of vascular cognitive impairment.
2) Stroke confirmed by cranial CT or MRI imaging, first episode, duration < 6 months.
3) Age 30 to 80 years.
4) Simple Mental State of Intelligence Scale (MMSE) score <20 in the elementary school group and <24 in the middle school level and above group; Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score ≤19 in the elementary school group and ≤24 in the middle school and above group.
5) All were right-handed and had an education level of elementary school and above.
6) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：
1) 其他疾病所致的认知功能障碍；
2) 有神经退行性疾病、癫痫、恶性肿瘤和精神病史；
3) 药物或酒精滥用的可能；
4) 颅骨不完整；
5) 严重的语言障碍、视力障碍、听力障碍等可能影响研究或无法配合量表测评的疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria.
1) cognitive dysfunction due to other diseases.
2) History of neurodegenerative disease, epilepsy, malignancy and psychiatric disorders.
3) potential for drug or alcohol abuse.
4) incomplete skull.
5) severe language impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment, or other disorders that may interfere with the study or prevent cooperation with the scale assessment.
