研究目的：

（1）建构基于HAPA理论的MHD患者饮食依从性健康教育方案。 （2）探讨该健康教育方案对MHD患者饮食依从性行为、自我效能、营养状况、饮食管理行为改变阶段评定及血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血磷、血钾、透析间期体重增加值等生理指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a health education program for dietary compliance of MHD patients based on HAPA theory. (2) To investigate the effects of this health education program on dietary adherence behavior, self-efficacy, nutritional status, stage of dietary management behavior change assessment and physiological indicators such as hemoglobin, serum albumin, blood phosphorus, blood potassium, and weight gain value between dialysis periods in MHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为终末期肾病且接受血液透析治疗；
（2）年龄≥18岁；
（3）接受规律性血液透析治疗≥3个月；
（4）智力正常，意识清楚，病情相对稳定，每周接受血液透析治疗3次；
（5）MHD患者经知情同意后，愿意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and receiving hemodialysis treatment.
(2) Age ≥ 18 years.
(3) Received regular hemodialysis treatment for ≥ 3 months.
(4) normal intelligence, clear consciousness, relatively stable condition, receiving hemodialysis treatment 3 times a week.
(5) MHD patients were willing to participate in this study after informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）具有其他严重疾病或并发症的MHD患者（如恶性肿瘤、严重感染、重要脏器功能障碍等）；
（2）身体虚弱、情绪不稳定的MHD患者；
（3）语言沟通障碍或语言表达不清、听力不佳的MHD患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) MHD patients with other serious diseases or complications (e.g., malignancy, serious infection, vital organ dysfunction, etc.)
(2) MHD patients who are physically weak and emotionally unstable.
(3) MHD patients with language communication disorders or unclear language expressions or poor hearing.
