研究目的：

探索重复性经颅磁刺激联合重复性外周磁刺激对尺神经损伤术后康复治疗的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation in postoperative rehabilitation of ulnar nerve injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18~60岁
②发病3周及以上，病情稳定
③简易智力状态检查(Mini-Mental StateExamination, MMSE)评分≥25分
④单侧发病
⑤受累侧无金属植入物
⑥签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① The age ranges from 18 to 60
② Onset of disease for 3 weeks or more, the condition is stable
③ scores of mini-mental StateExamination (MMSE) ≥25
④ Unilateral disease
⑤ No metal implants were found on the affected side
⑥ Sign informed consent

排除标准：

①佩戴心脏起搏器者
②严重心脏疾病，严重躯体疾病
③体内有金属植入
④有颅内压增高者
⑤孕妇
⑥患者脑内靠近刺激线圈处有金属材料
⑦有癫痫发作风险: 重度颅脑疾病、创伤、特发性癫痫、近期服用三环类等降低痫性发作阈值

Exclusion criteria：

① People who wear pacemakers
② Serious heart disease, serious physical disease
③ There are metal implants in the body
④ Increased intracranial pressure
5. Pregnant women
⑥ There are metal materials near the stimulation coil in the patient's brain
⑦ Risk of seizures: severe craniocerebral disease, trauma, idiopathic epilepsy, recent use of tricyclic drugs to reduce seizures threshold
