研究目的：

1）揭示血清HE4与子宫内膜癌及癌前不同阶段的诊断关系； 2）明确血清HE4在诊断子宫内膜癌及癌前不同阶段的阳性预测值，及其灵敏性、特异性和准确性； 3）验证血清HE4阳性阈值在子宫内膜癌及癌前不同阶段中的诊断作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Reveal the relationship between serum HE4 and the diagnosis of endometrial cancer and different precancerous stages; 2) Determine the positive predictive value of serum HE4 in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer and different precancerous stages, and its sensitivity, specificity and accuracy 3) To verify the diagnostic function of serum HE4 positive threshold in different stages of endometrial cancer and precancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥35岁，有异常子宫出血病史，经宫腔镜下活检证实为正常增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜良性增生、子宫内膜增生伴非典型和子宫内膜癌的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged ≥35 years, with a history of abnormal uterine bleeding and confirmed by hysteroscopic biopsy as normal proliferative endometrium, benign endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial hyperplasia with atypical and endometrial cancer.

排除标准：

患有子宫内膜其他病变者（如内膜息肉、粘膜下肌瘤等）；合并有肝肾疾病、附件疾病、子宫肌瘤>5cm、其他恶性肿瘤、有放化疗病史者；无法行宫腔镜下活检者；拒绝参加本临床试验或拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other endometrial lesions (such as endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, etc.); patients with liver and kidney disease, adnexal disease, uterine fibroids >5cm, other malignant tumors, and a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; unable to perform hysteroscopy Those who underwent biopsy; those who refused to participate in this clinical trial or refused to sign the informed consent.
