研究目的：

基于功能近红外光谱成像技术，观察KOA慢性疼痛患者在运动任务中的姿势控制表现和感觉运动皮层的变化，在阐明两者关系的同时明确疼痛对姿势控制和感觉运动皮层的影响，为膝骨关节炎患者制定康复训练计划，提高姿势控制能力和降低跌倒风险提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on functional near-infrared spectroscopic imaging, we observed the postural control performance and sensorimotor cortex changes during motor tasks in patients with chronic pain in KOA, and clarified the relationship between the two while clarifying the effects of pain on postural control and sensorimotor cortex to provide theoretical support for the development of rehabilitation training programs to improve postural control and reduce fall risk in patients with knee osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

膝骨关节炎受试者：1.年龄为 50~80 岁; 2.诊断为膝骨关节炎; 3.Kellgren & Lawrence 分级 2 级或 3 级; 4.过去 24 小时数字评分量表(numeric rating scales, NRS)平均疼痛评分 1-6 分; 5.身体质量指数(BMI)≤30 kg/㎡; 6.右利手; 7.有一定阅读理解与沟通能力,能配合完成实验; 8.签署知情同意书,自愿参加。
健康受试者：1.年龄 50~80 岁; 2.身体质量指数(BMI) ≤30 kg/㎡; 3.右利手; 4.有一定阅读理解与沟通能力,能配合完成实验; 5.签署知情同意书,自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects with knee osteoarthritis: 1. 50-80 years of age; 2. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis; 3. Kellgren & Lawrence grade 2 or 3; 4. Numeric rating scales (NRS) average pain score of 1-6 in the past 24 hours; 5. Body mass index (BMI) ≤ 30 kg/㎡; 6. right handedness; 7. reading comprehension and communication skills, able to cooperate with the experiment; 8. signed informed consent form, voluntary participation.
Healthy subjects: 1. aged 50-80 years; 2. body mass index ≤30 kg/㎡; 3. right-handed; 4. with some reading comprehension and communication skills, able to cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 5. signed the informed consent form, and participated voluntarily.

排除标准：

膝骨关节炎受试者：1.过去 6 个月内膝关节手术史（如关节镜手术）或过去 3 个月内关节内注射皮质激素史；或其他炎性疾病如类风湿性关节炎等引起的膝关节疼痛；2.原发性或继发性肌肉疾病(如特发性炎性肌病、进行性肌营养不良、糖原贮积症等)； 3.贝克抑郁量表评分（Beck Depression Inventory-II，BDI-II）≥ 14 分； 4.严重膝关节畸形； 5.精神状态异常，不能自主，或不能与研究干预和工作人员配合； 6.严重膝关节损伤导致膝关节不稳或下肢力线偏移； 7.严重心脑血管疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病或其他不允许参与研究的禁忌症； 8.出血性疾病。
健康对照组：1.原发性或继发性肌肉疾病(如特发性炎性肌病、进行性肌营养不良、糖原贮积症等)； 2.精神状态异常，不能自主，或不能与研究干预和工作人员配合； 3.严重心脑血管疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病或其他不允许参与研究的禁忌症； 4.长期慢性疼痛史； 5.贝克抑郁量表评分（Beck Depression Inventory-II，BDI-II）≥ 14 分。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with knee osteoarthritis: 1. History of knee surgery (e.g., arthroscopic surgery) within the past 6 months or history of intra-articular corticosteroid injections within the past 3 months; or knee pain due to other inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Primary or secondary muscle disease (e.g., idiopathic inflammatory myopathy, progressive muscular dystrophy, glycogen storage disease); 3. Beck Depression Inventory score ≥ 14; 4. Severe knee deformity; 5. Abnormal mental status, inability to autonomously, or inability to cooperate with the study intervention and staff; 6. Severe knee injury resulting in knee instability or lower extremity force line deviation; 7. Severe cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, or other contraindications that do not allow study participation Contraindications; 8. Bleeding disorders.
Healthy control: 1. primary or secondary muscle disease (e.g., idiopathic inflammatory myopathy, progressive muscular dystrophy, glycogen storage disease, etc.); 2. abnormal mental status, inability to autonomously, or inability to cooperate with study interventions and staff; 3. severe cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, or other contraindications that preclude study participation; 4. long-term history of chronic pain; 5. Beck Depression Inventory score （Beck Depression Inventory-II ≥ 14 points.
