研究目的：

观察脓毒症患者肠道菌群、肠上皮细胞自噬与肠屏障功能、骨骼肌萎缩之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the correlation between intestinal flora, intestinal epithelial autophagy, intestinal barrier function and skeletal muscle atrophy in patients with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合sepsis 3.0诊断标准；
2）年龄＞18周岁；
3）预计入住ICU时间＞72h；
4）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0;
2) Age > 18;
3) Expected ICU stay time > 72h;
4) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1) 其他疾病或手术操作造成的肠功能障碍患者；
2) 既往患有慢性胃肠疾病；
3) 近期使用促胃肠动力药物且在 5 倍半衰期内者；
4）创伤导致下肢骨折或截肢的患者；
5）中风伴四肢活动受限的患者；
6）既往有神经肌肉疾病病史的患者；
7) 预计入住ICU时间＜72h；
8）拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with intestinal dysfunction caused by other diseases or surgical operations;
2) Chronic gastrointestinal disease in the past;
3) Recent use of gastrointestinal motility drugs within 5 times the half-life;
4) Patients with lower limb fracture or amputation due to trauma;
5) Patients with stroke and limited movement of limbs;
6) Patients with a history of neuromuscular disease;
7) The expected time of ICU admission is less than 72h;
8) Refuse to sign informed consent.
