研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是探讨MedOranger慢阻肺数字化跟踪反馈系统对稳定期慢阻肺患者的吸入用药依从性提升价值。 次要研究目的是分析影响患者病情变化的变量因素，建立一种在线预警居家管理期间的慢阻肺急性加重发生的框架模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of the study is to explore the value of MedOranger digital tracking and feedback system in improving the compliance of inhaled medication in patients with stable COPD. The secondary purpose of the study is to analyze the variable factors that affect the changes of patients condition and to establish a framework model for online early warning of acute exacerbation of COPD during home management.

纳入标准：

符合下列全部标准的受试者纳入本研究
（1）充分了解并签署了书面的知情同意书。
（2）符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南（2021修订版）》诊断标准的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者。
（3）入组时患者年龄≥18岁的常住居民。
（4）入组时处于慢阻肺稳定期，并给予吸入药物维持治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects who met all the following criteria were included in this study.
(1) fully understand and sign the written informed consent.
(2) patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who meet the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 revised Edition).
(3) permanent residents whose patients were ≥ 18 years old when they were enrolled in the group.
(4) the patients were in stable phase of COPD at the time of entering the group, and were given inhaled drug maintenance therapy.

排除标准：

符合下列任意一项标准，受试者将不纳入本研究
（1）妊娠期或哺乳期女性。
（2）存在认知功能障碍，研究者认为会影响受试者完成研究。
（3）入组时存在快速进展或不稳定的心血管疾病、活动性肺结核、神经肌肉病变、免疫系统疾病、血液系统疾病。
（4）对传感器ABS树脂材料（与电视机外壳材质类似）任何成分过敏/不耐受史。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects will not be included in this study if they meet any of the following criteria.
(1) Women during pregnancy or lactation.
(2) there is cognitive disorder, which the researchers believe will affect the completion of the study.
(3) there were rapidly progressive or unstable cardiovascular diseases, active pulmonary tuberculosis, neuromuscular diseases, immune system diseases and hematological diseases.
(4) A history of allergy or intolerance to any component of sensor Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene resin material (similar to TV shell material).
