探讨星状神经节阻滞是否可以改善腹腔镜妇科手术术后内脏痛  

Objectives of Study：

To find out whether stellate ganglion block can reduce visceral pain after laparoscopic gynaecological surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.我院择期行“腹腔镜妇科手术”的患者；2.年龄18～65岁；3.ASA分级：Ⅰ-Ⅲ；4.18 kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who undergo "laparoscopic gynecological surgery" in our hospital electively
2.Age 18~65 years old
3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Ⅰ-Ⅲ
4.18 kg/m2 5.Be able to understand and sign written informed consent

排除标准：

1.长期阿片类药物用药史；
2.慢性腹部和/或盆腔疼痛病史
3.合并严重脑、心、肺、肝、肾脏疾病
4.无法配合或完成研究问卷；
5.对研究中使用的药物过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1.Long-term history of opioid use
2.History of chronic abdominal and/or pelvic pain
3.Severe brain, heart, lung, liver, and kidney disease
4.Unable to cooperate with or complete the study questionnaire
5.Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in the study
