研究目的:

本研究通过动态超声结合肌电图、肌动图及足底压力变化分析膝关节骨性关节炎患者在正常步态周期下下肢骨骼肌的生物力学变化,分析并探讨膝骨关节炎 患者下肢肌肉形态及生物电信号与膝骨关节炎疾病直接的联系,从而推动膝骨关节炎的诊断、疾病变化和疗效评估的进展。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, dynamic ultrasound combined with electromyography, mechanomyography and plantar pressure will be used to analyze the biomechanical changes of lower limb skeletal muscle in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) under normal gait cycle, and to explore the relationship between lower limb muscle morphology and bioelectrical signals in patients with KOA, so as to promote the progress of diagnosis, disease changes and curative effect evaluation of knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥60岁;
2.BMI≤28;
3.符合 KOA 诊断标准;
4.具备一定的沟通理解能力;
5.患者知情同意自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 60 years old;
2.BMI ≤28;
3.KOA patiens;
4.Have certain ability of communication and good cognitive function;
5.Patients with informed consent voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准:

1.风湿性关节炎或类风湿性关节炎患者,痛风性关节炎患者;
2.BMI大于28,属于肥胖的患者;
3.合并其他影响躯体活动功能的疾病如心脏病、糖尿病、肾炎的患者;
4.已行膝关节置换术或6个月内行其他膝关节手术如膝关节关节镜手术等;
5.有精神疾病史的患者或认知能力无法配合实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or gouty arthritis;
2.Obese patients with BMI greater than 28;
3.Patients with other diseases that affect physical activity function, such as heart disease, diabetes and nephritis;
4.Have undergone knee arthroplasty or other knee orthopedics within 6 months, such as knee arthroscopy;
5.Patients with a history of mental illness or patients whose cognitive ability cannot cooperate with the experiment.
