研究目的：

（1）探究术前雾化吸入艾司氯胺酮对防治POST是否有效；（2）检测艾司氯胺酮25mg雾化吸入后不同时间点的血浆药物浓度；（3）探究雾化吸入艾司氯胺酮防治POST机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore whether preoperative aerosol inhalation of esketamine is effective in the prevention and treatment of POST; (2) to detect the plasma drug concentration at different time points after aerosol inhalation of esketamine 25 mg; (3) to explore the prevention and treatment of POST with aerosol inhalation of esketamine mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级I-II级，年龄18-65岁，性别不限，在全身麻醉下以仰卧位接受手术，预计手术时间1~3小时。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grade I-II, age 18-65 years old, no gender restrictions, the operation was performed in the supine position under general anesthesia, and the estimated operation time was 1 to 3 hours.

排除标准：

患者或亲属拒绝，已知对研究中使用的药物过敏，对研究中使用的药物存在禁忌症，有明显心脏、呼吸、肝脏或肾脏功能障碍，神经肌肉疾病，近期咽喉痛，预期困难气道的患者，接受头部、颈部或口腔手术，Mallampati分级大于2级，孕妇和哺乳期妇女，最近使用过非甾体抗炎药物，尝试插管次数大于2次的患者被排除在研究之外。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient or relative refused, known hypersensitivity to the drug used in the study, contraindications to the drug used in the study, significant cardiac, respiratory, hepatic or renal dysfunction, neuromuscular disease, recent sore throat, anticipated difficulty in the airway Patients who underwent head, neck, or oral surgery, Mallampati grade greater than 2, pregnant and lactating women, recent use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and more than 2 intubation attempts were excluded from the study.
