评价体力活动干预对预防山西省初产产妇围产期焦虑和抑郁的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of PA with partner support on preventing anxiety and depression in the perinatal period among primiparas in Shanxi Province, China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 初产妇，②≥ 18 岁，③妊娠 20-24 周，④和伴侣住在一起，⑤具有理解及写作能力，可以完成问卷填写。

Inclusion criteria

① primiparas, ②≥ 18 years, ③20-24 weeks gestation, ④living with her partner, ⑤speak and read Chinese.

排除标准：

①有运动禁忌症的初产妇，②不能有效沟通，③不愿意随机化分组。

Exclusion criteria：

①women presenting contraindications to exercise, ②mental disorders who are unable to cooperate, ③unwilling to be randomized.
