Objectives of Study：

Effects of mixed mindfulness-based training on resilience, self-esteem, self-efficacy and stigma of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18~60 岁；
（2）根据《ICD-10 诊断标准》诊断为精神分裂症；
（3）PANSS 量表总分≤60 分（康复期）；
（4）小学文化水平及以上，智力正常，可以独立完成量表测评；
（5）抗精神病药物已达到稳定治疗剂量；

Inclusion criteria

(1)age18-60;(2)diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the ICD-10 Diagnostic Criteria;(3)total score of the Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）≤60（(Recovery period)） ;(4) above primary school education level, normal intelligence, can independently complete the scale assessment;(5) antipsychotics have reached a stable therapeutic dose.

排除标准：

（1）具有宗教信仰；（2）患有其它精神疾病（根据ICD-10诊断标准排除）；（3）有过长期的冥想；（4）患有其它的脑部疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Schizophrenia patients with religious beliefs;（2）suffering from other mental diseases (excluded according to ICD-10 Diagnostic Criteria);（3）have long-term meditation experience;（4）suffering from other brain diseases.
