本研究旨在探讨balint小组联合积极心理干预对护士共情水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of balint group combined with positive psychological intervention on nurses' empathy.

纳入标准：

1.注册护士且在岗；
2.知情同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Registered nurse and on duty;
2.Informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.预期12周内将休假、去外院进修的护士；
2.实习护士以及在其他医院进修的护士；
3.同时参与其他相关研究者；
4.研究中途要求退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses who are expected to take leave and go to other hospitals for further study within 12 weeks;
2. Intern nurses and nurses studying in other hospitals;
3. Participate in other relevant researchers at the same time;
4. Those who request to withdraw during the study.
