研究目的:

1.实现非同一头颅模糊匹配检索、基于GPU并行的图形数据运算、主客观结合的正颌术后效果分级评价等关键技术; 2.建立正颌外科手术三维数据库平台,实现基于先验相似数据检索的正颌外科手术设计; 3.比较采用数据库检索相似头颅获得手术方案与采用医师经验获得手术方案的可行性与易用性; 4.利用数据库帮助地方医院开展正颌外科,缓解正颌医疗资源的供需失衡。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Realize the key technologies of fuzzy matching retrieval of different heads, GPU parallel graphics data operation, subjective and objective combination of orthognatology postoperative effect grading evaluation and other key technologies; 2. Establish a 3D database platform for orthognathic surgery to realize the design of orthognathic surgery based on prior similar data retrieval; 3. Compare the feasibility and usability of using database to retrieve similar skulls to obtain surgical plans and using physician experience to obtain surgical plans; 4. The database is used to help local hospitals carry out orthognathic surgery and alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand of orthognathic medical resources.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄18-45岁;
2.采用数字化手术模拟设计;
3.骨性III类错颌畸形患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-45 years;
2. Digital surgical simulation design was adopted;
3. Patients with Class III malocclusion of bone.

排除标准:

1.综合征患者;
2.颌骨囊、实性病变;
3.肿瘤、外伤所致牙颌面畸形;
4.全身存在手术禁忌症;
5.不能配合随访;
6.术后半年内有医美计划者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with syndrome;
2. Cyst and solid lesion of jaw;
3. Tooth and maxillofacial deformities caused by tumor and trauma;
4. Contraindications exist in the whole body;
5. Unable to cooperate with follow-up visits;
6. Medical beauty planner within six months after surgery.
