研究目的：

观察肺泡灌洗液及血清中外泌体在急性肺损伤患者发生发展不同时期的表达变化规律。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the expression of exosomes in BALF and serum at different stages of the development of acute lung injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．年龄≥18岁；
2．符合2012柏林ARDS诊断标准患者；
3．签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years old;
2. Patients who meet the Berlin ARDS diagnostic standard in 2012;
3. Sign informed consent

排除标准：

1. 孕妇、肿瘤及免疫系统疾病患者；
2. 存在纤支镜检查禁忌（氧合差/严重心脏病，心功能不全/凝血异常，大量咯血/主动脉瘤，有破裂危险等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women, patients with tumor and immune system diseases;
2. There are some contraindications (poor oxygenation / serious heart disease, cardiac insufficiency / coagulation abnormality, massive hemoptysis / aortic aneurysm, risk of rupture, etc.) in fibrobronchoscopy;
