研究目的：

本研究旨在评价术前磁共振平均细胞大小成像定量参数与肾脏恶性肿瘤或慢性肾炎的病理组织学特点的相关性，探索肾脏恶性肿瘤病或慢性肾炎的理学特征的无创性影像学预测方法。本研究分别测量肾脏恶性肿瘤或慢性肾炎的平均细胞大小成像定量参数，得到Dex、d及Vin共3个定量参数，首先观察不用病理组织分类间的差异；再次通过Spearman相关系数分析平均细胞大小成像定量参数与病理组织状态的相关性；最后建立Logistic回归模型，探索平均细胞大小成像定量参数预测肾脏恶性肿瘤或慢性肾炎的病理组织状态，并计算AUC，特异性，敏感性，准确性，以期探索平均细胞大小成像定量参数对于术前预测肾脏恶性肿瘤或慢性肾炎的病理组织状态的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between preoperative mri mean cell size imaging quantitative parameters and the histopathological characteristics of renal malignant tumor or chronic nephritis, and to explore a non-invasive imaging prediction method for the physical characteristics of renal malignant tumor or chronic nephritis. In this study, the imaging quantitative parameters of mean cell size of renal malignant tumor or chronic nephritis were measured respectively, and three quantitative parameters, Dex, D and Vin, were obtained. First, the differences between classification without pathological tissue were observed. Then Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between quantitative parameters of mean cell size imaging and pathological tissue status. Logistic regression model is established finally, explore the average cell size imaging quantitative parameter prediction of renal malignant tumor or pathological tissue of chronic nephritis, and calculate the AUC, specificity, sensitivity, accuracy, in order to explore the average cell size imaging quantitative parameters for preoperative prediction of renal malignant tumor or pathological tissue of chronic nephritis application value.

纳入标准：

（1）病理确诊肾脏恶性肿瘤或慢性肾炎；（2）病理学检查前2周内进行常规MRI、PGSE和OGSE扫描。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathological diagnosis of renal malignant tumor or chronic nephritis; (2) Routine MRI, PGSE and OGSE scans were performed within 2 weeks before pathology examination.

排除标准：

（1）在PGSE和OGSE序列扫描前曾接受过治疗的肾脏肿瘤或慢性肾炎患者；（2）在PGSE和OGSE序列扫描前2周内接受过肾脏穿刺的患者；（3）由于运动伪影或其他原因导致图像质量差而无法进行PGSE和OGSE序列后处理。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with renal tumors or chronic nephritis who had been treated before PGSE and OGSE sequence scans; (2) Patients who received kidney puncture within 2 weeks prior to PGSE and OGSE sequence scans; (3) PGSE and OGSE sequences cannot be postprocessed due to poor image quality due to motion artifacts or other reasons.

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

1. Pathological diagnosis of renal malignant tumor or chronic nephritis; 2. Routine MRI, PGSE, and OGSE scans were performed within 2 weeks before pathology examination.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

T2加权成像（T2WI），T1加权成像（T1WI），弥散加权成像（DWI），OGSE、PGSE及对比剂增强扫描。在软件上导出Dex、d及Vin共3个定量参数。

Index test:

T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), T1-weighted imaging (T1WI), diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), OGSE, PGSE and contrast-enhanced scanning. Three quantitative parameters Dex, D and Vin were derived from the software.
