研究目的：

本项目拟通过对机器人辅助与3D腔镜系统在微创食管癌切除术后近远期疗效的比较，探索机器人辅助系统优势。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the advantages of robot-assisted system by comparing the efficacy of robot-assisted and 3D endoscopic system in short- and long-term outcomes after minimally invasive esophagectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）病理活检诊断食管鳞状细胞癌，并经全身CT等检查证实可行手术根治性切除患者；2）年龄范围19岁-80岁；3）无合并严重肝、肾及肺部疾病；4）ECOG评分≤2分

Inclusion criteria

1) pathological biopsy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and proven curative resection by systemic CT scan; 2) age range 19-80 years; 3) without severe liver, kidney and lung diseases; 4) ECOG score ≤2;

排除标准：

1）明确临床分期为晚期，无法行根治性手术；
2）合并其他系统恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1) It is clear that the clinical stage is advanced, and radical surgery cannot be performed;
2) Combined with other systemic malignancies.
