研究目的：

本研究通过探讨基于Nintendo的运动游戏对StD大学生抑郁症状的干预效果，为StD大学生构建更优化的、更有针对性的运动游戏干预策略及方案提供借鉴和参考，进而促进最佳干预方案的构建和实施，为医务人员改善StD大学生的抑郁症状提供参考依据，提高大学生的心理健康水平；通过研究StD大学生对基于Nintendo的运动游戏干预的主观体验研究，了解StD大学生对运动游戏的感受和需求，进而丰富理论研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study by discussing based on the movement of the Nintendo games on depressive symptoms among college students StD intervention effect, for StD college students build better, more targeted sports games provide reference and reference, intervention strategies and programs to promote the best construction and implementation of the intervention plans, improve StD for medical staff provided a reference for the depression of college students, Improve the mental health level of college students; To understand the feelings and needs of StD college students on sports games by studying the subjective experience of StD college students on Nintendo-based sports game intervention, and further enrich the theoretical research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁 的在校大学生（包含硕士及博士研究生） ；
②符合StD标准：CES-D得分≥16分且8 ≤ HAMD-24 ≤ 20分
③过去6个月及目前未接受抑郁治疗，且暂无接受本研究以外治疗的计划；
④自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① College students aged ≥18 (including master's and doctoral candidates);
② Meet the StD criteria: CES-D score ≥16 and 8 ≤ HAMD-24 ≤ 20
③ He has not received treatment for depression in the past 6 months and currently has no plans to receive treatment outside this study;
④ Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①智力残疾 和身体限制(严重的行动、视觉或听力问题，哮喘、心脏病等疾病史)；
②使用过任天堂中的健身环大冒险系列运动游戏；
③其他类型精神障碍患者；
④存在自杀风险。

Exclusion criteria：

① Intellectual disability and physical limitations (severe mobility, vision or hearing problems, history of asthma, heart disease, etc.);
(2) Used Nintendo's Fitness Ring Adventure series of sports games;
③ Patients with other types of mental disorders;
④ There is a risk of suicide.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、检测数据应填写在规定的原始记录表内。 2、原始记录应填写检验日期、样品编号和其他需要说明的检验情况，如使用仪器规格型号、量程、检测环境、样品状态等。 3、写原始记录应做到字迹工整，所列栏目填写齐全，检测中不检测的项目在相应的空栏目内打一条“/”线或加以说明。 4、检验数据、计算公式，经复核无误后，分析员和校核人员应签字。 5、原始数据不得随意涂改，只能“杠改”，将正确的数据写在右上角，经“杠改”的记录每张不应超过“两处”。 6、原始记录上必须有分析、校核与审核人员亲自签字，其它人不得代签。在提交检测报告的同时，应将原始记录一同上交审核，原始记录审核正确无误后，统一编号、交资料管理员集中归案保存。
