研究目的：

1.构建基于社会支持理论的青春期PCOS抑郁症高危人群心理调适沟通系统； 2.验证基于社会支持理论的心理调适沟通系统对青春期PCOS抑郁症高危人群的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct the psychological adjustment communication system of adolescent PCOS depression high-risk groups based on social support theory; 2. To verify the intervention effect of psychological adjustment communication system based on social support theory on adolescent PCOS depression high risk population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄10-19岁的患者；2. 符合2018年PCOS中国诊疗指南推荐的鹿特丹诊断标准，同时符合以下3个指标，1）初潮后月经稀发持续至少2年或闭经；2）高雄激素临床表现及高雄激素血症； 3）超声下一侧或双侧卵巢内直径2～9mm的卵泡数≥12个，和（或）卵巢体积≥10ml；3.通过课题组前期构建的青春期 PCOS抑郁症预警模型筛选出的高危人群；4.有智能手机，可熟练操作；5.能进行自我报告（有一定的语言理解和表达能力）；6.本人知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Chinese PCOS patients aged 10-19 years, Rotterdam diagnostic criteria recommended by the PCOS China Diagnosis and Treatment Guide in 2018, adolescents with PCOS at a high risk of depression who possess a smartphone, can skillfully operate the device, self-report (have a certain level of language understanding), and voluntarily participate in the study after providing informed consent will be included in the study.

排除标准：

有认知障碍及重大精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

who do not complete the intervention for any reason, such as cognitive impairment or severe mental illness, will be excluded from the study

由非本课题组成员生成一套1~80的随机数字序列，然后将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，并做好保管工作。研究人员通过筛选并确定纳入研究对象后，通过电话询问随机数字保管员分组情况。随机数字保管员按顺序拆开信封并告知分组情况，若信封内的随机数字为1~40，则将该研究对象被分配到试验组，若为41~80则被分配到对照组。数据统计做到盲法。招募、干预将由不同的研究者进行，尽量做到盲法。
