研究目的：

光学相干断层扫描血管成像（OCTA）是一项无创,快捷的血流检测技术，目前主要用于视网膜脉络膜的血流成像，能够分层观察和判断视网膜脉络膜的血流密度及血管变化的情况。为了评估不同不同设备检测的黄斑区及视盘区血管密度的一致性、OCTA检测血管密度与球后血流动力学参数的一致性，本研究纳入沈阳爱尔卓越眼科医院正常人志愿者作为观察对象，使用两种眼科光学相干断层扫描仪进行黄斑及视盘区视网膜、脉络膜血管密度的检测并分析一致性，使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行球后血流动力学参数检测，并与OCTA血管密度进行相关性分析，本研究拟在观察不同血流检测设备的对血管密度及血流速度分析的情况，为临床合理选择提供一定的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a non-invasive and rapid blood flow detection technology. It is mainly used for blood flow imaging of the retina and choroid at present. It can observe and judge the blood flow density and blood vessel changes of the retina and choroid in layers. In order to evaluate the consistency of blood vessel density in the macular area and optic disk area detected by different equipment, and the consistency of blood vessel density detected by OCTA and retrobulbar hemodynamic parameters, this study included normal volunteers from Shenyang Aier Excellent Eye Hospital as observation objects , using two ophthalmic optical coherence tomography scanners to detect and analyze the consistency of retinal and choroidal blood vessel density in the macula and optic disc area, and to detect the retrobulbar hemodynamic parameters using a color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, and compare them with OCTA blood vessel density Correlation analysis is carried out. This study intends to observe the analysis of blood vessel density and blood flow velocity of different blood flow detection equipment, so as to provide a certain reference for clinical rational selection.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择无眼病的健康志愿者30名爱尔卓越眼科医院工作人员及志愿者，年龄18-65岁，均采集右眼数据。

Inclusion criteria

A total of 30 healthy volunteers without eye disease were selected, including staff and volunteers from Aier Excellence Eye Hospital, aged 18-65, to collect right eye data.

排除标准：

1.患有高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、甲状腺疾病、肾功能异常等全身疾病；
2.患有高度近视（屈光度≥-6.0D，眼轴≥26mm）；
3.活动性炎症性眼病、翼状胬肉、角膜斑翳、影响测量成像质量的白内障、葡萄膜炎；
4.角膜接触镜配戴史（硬镜脱镜<4周，软镜脱镜<1周）；
5.青光眼病史；
6.眼底疾病；7.既往眼部手术史；8.固视不良及不能配合坐位、卧位检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disease, abnormal renal function and other systemic diseases;
2. Suffering from high myopia (diopter ≥ -6.0D, eye axis ≥ 26mm);
3. Active inflammatory eye disease, pterygium Pygium, corneal plaques, cataracts, uveitis that affect the quality of measured images;
4. History of wearing contact lenses (hard lenses < 4 weeks, soft lenses < 1 week);
5. History of glaucoma;
6. Fundus disease;
7. History of previous eye surgery;
8. Patients with poor vision fixation and unable to cooperate with sitting and lying positions.
