研究目的：

本研究拟以健康宣教作为空白对照，探讨12周的太极运动对绝经后轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能、脑血流、代谢性指标、内皮因子和血浆病理蛋白表达的影响，揭示太极改善认知的神经血管机制，为其临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is intended to take health education as blank control to explore the effects of 12-week Tai Chi training on cognitive function, cerebral blood flow and expression level of metabolic index, endothelial factor and plasma pathological protein in postmenopausal patients with mild cognitive impairment, thus revealing the neurovascular mechanism of Tai Chi training to improve cognitive function, and providing basis for its clinical application.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄50-75岁的绝经后女性，停经≥12个月，未接受化疗、内分泌治疗或抑制卵巢功能的治疗，且卵泡雌激素、雌二醇处于绝经后水平；②符合MCI的诊断标准；③无严重视听障碍，有一定的理解力和语言表达能力，能够配合完成各项检查；④同意加入本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Postmenopausal women aged 50-75,who menopause for 12 months or more, and have not received chemotherapy, endocrine therapy or treatment to inhibit ovarian function, and follicular estrogen and estradiol are at postmenopausal level;②Meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI;③Theres no serious audio-visual disorders, have a certain understanding and language expression ability, and can cooperate to complete all inspections;④Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并脑卒中、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、颅内感染、癫痫或其他神经系统疾病；②患有严重的精神疾病，如抑郁症等；③存在运动禁忌症；④有酒精或其他药物滥用史，或正在服用改善认知的药物；⑤合并心、肝、肾、血液或内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病或恶性肿瘤；⑥入组前3个月每周规律运动的时间超过1小时。

Exclusion criteria：

①Presence of stroke, brain tumor, brain injury, intracranial infection, epilepsy or other neurological diseases;②Suffer from serious mental illness, such as depression;③Have contraindications to exercise;④Have a history of alcohol or other drug abuse, or currently taking drugs to improve cognition;⑤Presence of serious primary diseases or malignant tumors of heart, liver, kidney, blood or endocrine system etc;⑥The regular exercise time is more than 1 hour per week 3 months before enrollment.
