研究目的：

探究胃管置入术对ERCP术中胆管成像清晰度的影响，拟为改善ERCP成像、提高术中诊疗效果、缩短手术时间、降低结石残留率等方面提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of gastric tube insertion on the clarity of bile duct imaging during ERCP, and to provide new ideas for improving ERCP imaging, improving the effect of intraoperative diagnosis and treatment, shortening the operation time, and reducing the residual rate of stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-85岁；
2. 确诊为胆总管结石

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-85;

2. Diagnosed as choledocholithiasis

排除标准：

1. 合并其他胆胰疾病；
2. 有胃大部切除术或全胃切除术或部分肠切除术史；
3 合并严重的其他系统疾病，如严重心脑血管疾病、精神病等；
4. 妊娠女性、哺乳期女性或预期妊娠的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other biliary and pancreatic diseases;

2. Have a history of subtotal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy or partial gastrectomy;

3. Other serious systemic diseases, such as serious cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, psychosis, etc;

4. Pregnant women, lactating women or expectant women.
