研究目的：

本研究将构建陕西省高危母婴健康队列,通过将具有孤独症谱系障碍（Autism spectrum disorder,ASD）高危因素的孕妇纳入队列并进行长期随访观察，将基线信息及临床随访量表评估结果、影像学数据、行为学录像等资料录入临床研究电子数据采集系统REDCap平台 (Research Electronic Data Capture)，建立ASD专病队列电子随访系统，并留取生物学样本建立ASD相关的生物学样本库，实现对入组的孕妇及婴幼儿进行完整的孤独症筛查-监测发展-生物样本采集-诊断评估流程观察及记录，为进一步研究孤独症收集必要的信息资料。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a high-risk maternal and infant health cohort in Shaanxi Province was established by including pregnant women with risk factors for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the cohort and conducting long-term follow-up observations. (Research Electronic Data Capture) platform to establish an electronic follow-up system for the ASD-specific cohort, and to retain biological samples to establish a biological sample bank related to ASD, so as to realize a complete autism screening-monitoring development-biological sample collection-diagnostic assessment process for pregnant women and infants enrolled in the cohort, and to collect the necessary information for further research on autism. 纳入标准：

1）陕西省常住人口（3年内不搬迁至其它城市）
2）本次妊娠，您存在可能的高危因素（包括：父或35岁以上高龄、人工辅助生殖、孕期各种疾病、有其他异常孕和产史等）
3）无高危因素的孕妇

Inclusion criteria

1) Resident population in Shaanxi Province (no relocation to other cities within 3 years)
2）For this pregnancy, you have possible high-risk factors (including: father or advanced age over 35 years old, artificially assisted reproduction, various diseases during pregnancy, history of other abnormal pregnancies and deliveries, etc.)
3) Pregnant women without high-risk factors

排除标准：

不按实验要求配合的孕妇
