研究目的：

（1）分析COVID-19轻症感染者中不同社会人群心理应激反应的发病率、发病类型、延续时间、干预效果，为不同患者人群个性化的心理疏导方案提供依据。 （2）研究上海本轮疫情中COVID-19轻症感染者人群合并心身疾病比率，疾病特点，以及对医疗资源的占用情况，为以后公共卫生事件的政策制定提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To analyze the incidence rate, type, duration and intervention effect of psychological stress response in different social groups of patients with mild covid-19 infection, so as to provide basis for personalized psychological counseling programs for different patient groups. (2) To study the rate of combined psychosomatic diseases, disease characteristics and occupation of medical resources among covid-19 mild infected people in this round of epidemic in Shanghai, so as to provide basis for policy-making of public health events in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≤75岁，男女性别不限；
②符合新型冠状病毒肺炎无症状或轻症诊断标准。
③在方舱医院或隔离点进行隔离观察治疗。
④完成健康状况问卷（PHQ9）、GAD-7广泛性焦虑症问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表分析以及宗氏抑郁自评量表，存在失眠、焦虑、抑郁等心理应激反应者。
⑤充分被告知试验目的、方法及可能风险，同意参加本临床研究并签署知情同意书。
⑥依从性好，愿意按照方案的要求配合完成问卷、面访及心理治疗，按时完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

①age ≤ 75 years old,, male or female;
② It meets the diagnostic criteria of asymptomatic or mild novel coronavirus pneumonia.
③ Isolate, observe and treat in the shelter hospital or isolation point.
④ People with psychological stress symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, depression and so on were analyzed by Health Status Questionnaire (PHQ9), GAD-7 Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale and Zong's Self-rating Depression Scale.
⑤ Fully informed of the purpose, method and possible risks of the trial, agreed to participate in the clinical study and signed the informed consent form.
⑥ Good compliance, willing to cooperate to complete the questionnaire, face-to-face interview and psychotherapy according to the requirements of the scheme, and complete the follow-up on time.

排除标准：

① 入选前3个月参加其他临床研究者。
② 患有焦虑、抑郁或其他精神疾病需要接受临床治疗者。
③ 有滥用药物、毒品或酗酒史者。
④ 研究者认为有任何不适合入选情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who participated in other clinical studies 3 months before enrollment.
② Those suffering from anxiety, depression or other mental diseases requiring clinical treatment.
③ A person with a history of drug abuse, drug abuse or alcohol abuse.
④ The researchers believe that there are any unsuitable conditions for inclusion.
