研究目的：

本研究旨在探索一种新的既可以避免对股四头肌肌力造成影响，又可以提供术后所需镇痛，还可以促进患者快速康复的神经阻滞方法。以及比较单次股三角阻滞与收肌管阻滞对术后早期镇痛疗效及功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore a new method of nerve block that can not only avoid the influence of quadriceps muscle strength, but also provide the required postoperative analgesia and promote the rapid recovery of patients. The effects of single femoral triangle block and adductor canal block on early postoperative analgesia and functional recovery were compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合膝关节镜手术指征且为择期手术；（2）美国麻醉医师协会分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；（3）年龄 30 ～ 70岁。（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who met the indications of knee arthroscopy and underwent elective surgery; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ; (3) Age ranged from 30 to 70 years old. (4) Informed consent was signed.

排除标准：

（1）伴有严重心、肺、肝、肾重要脏器功能异常的患者（心功能NYHA≥Ⅲ级；慢阻肺病人肺功能≥Ⅲ级；肝功能Child-Pugh B、C级；肾功能分级eGFR＜60ml/min）；（2）伴有慢性疼痛疾病，需要长期服用镇痛药物者（长期服用阿片类镇痛药时间大于1年）；（3）神经精神疾病不能配合者；（4）术前出凝血功能实验室检查结果明显异常者（PT或APTT＞正常值1.5倍或INR＞2.0，术前血小板计数＜50x109/L）；（5）对局部麻醉药物存在禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe organ dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney (NYHA≥Ⅲ; Copd patients with pulmonary function ≥Ⅲ grade; Liver function was Child-Pugh B and C; Renal function grade eGFR < 60ml/min); (2) patients with chronic pain diseases requiring long-term use of analgesics (long-term use of opioid analgesics for more than 1 year); (3) patients with neuropsychiatric disorders who cannot cooperate; (4) patients with significant abnormal results of preoperative coagulation function laboratory tests (PT or APTT > 1.5 times normal value or INR > 2.0, preoperative platelet count < 50x109/L); (5) patients with contraindications to local anesthetic drugs.
