3）伴或不伴咯血症状

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-80
2) CTA suggests systemic arterial-pulmonary fistula
3) With or without hemoptysis

排除标准：

1）妊娠妇女
2）不能耐受血管介入手术
3）活动性大咯血，危及生命的大咯血

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant women
2) Can not tolerate vascular interventional surgery
3) Active massive hemoptysis, life-threatening massive hemoptysis

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有基线数据和原始数据将在数据采集后立即以完整、准确和清晰的方式记录在通用报告格式上。两名评估员交叉检查以确保数据的准确性和清洁度。数据库（Microsoft Excel电子表格）将用于管理数据。所有研究数据将在每月的最后一天输入该电子数据库。数据输入和校对将由两名独立研究人员（QW和JY）进行，从而实现双重数据输入和存储。对于此数据库，数据将直接导入 IBM SPSS V.25.0 中，以便于统计分析。 注册时，每个参与者将被分配一个唯一的数字研究编号，以便在整个研究过程中可以匿名跟踪他们。只有效绩指标才能访问可以将数据链接到单个参与者的标识符。同意书和硬拷贝数据收集表格将存放在研究中心的上锁柜中。只能通过PI访问它们。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All baseline and raw data will be recorded on the CRF in a complete, accurate and clear manner immediately after data acquisition. Two assessors cross checked to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness. A database (Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) will be used to manage the data. All study data will be entered into this electronic database on the last day of the month. Data entry and proofreading will be performed by two independent researchers (QW and JY), enabling dual data entry and storage. For this database, data will be directly imported into IBM SPSS v.25.0 to facilitate statistical analysis. At registration, each participant will be assigned a unique digital study number so that they can be tracked anonymously throughout the study. Only PIs have access to identifiers that can link data to individual participants. The consent form and hard copy data collection form will be stored in a locked cabinet at the research center. They can only be accessed through the PI.
