研究目的：

本研究纳入髌骨软化症患者，探索手法治疗对髌骨软化症患者疼痛评分、功能等临床疗效指标的影响，进一步全面、完整、多维阐释手法治疗髌骨软化症的作用机制以及治疗优势。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with chondromalacia patellae were included to explore the impact of manual therapy on the pain score, function and other clinical efficacy indicators of patients with chondromalacia patellae, and further comprehensively, completely and multi-dimensionally explain the mechanism and treatment advantages of manual therapy for chondromalacia patellae.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合髌骨软化症诊断标准；
2.年龄18-65岁，性别不限；
3.入组前3个月内未接受关节腔注射治疗以及未服用任何治疗髌骨软化症的药物；
4.没有合并膝关节其他软组织、骨骼疾病；
5.无其他严重的神经或精神疾病；
6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chondromalacia patellae;
2. Age: 18-65, regardless of gender;
3. Within 3 months before enrollment, they did not receive joint cavity injection treatment and did not take any drugs to treat chondromalacia patellae;
4. No other soft tissue and bone diseases of the knee joint;
5. No other serious nervous or mental diseases;
6. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.哺乳期患者，怀孕或准备怀孕的患者；
2.对本研究所用药物过敏的患者；
3.既往有严重的神经或精神疾病史；
4.合并严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全者；
5.局部皮肤感染或破溃者；
6.急性肿胀期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are lactating, pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
2. Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study;
3. Have a history of serious neurological or psychiatric diseases in the past;
4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
5. Local skin infection or ulceration;
6. Patients with acute swelling.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表由研究者填写，经另一名研究者交付数据管理员建立数据库。表上的数据由两个数据输入人员独立的双份输入数据库供统计分析用。研究者应保存所有研究资料，包括对所有受试者的确认，所有原始的有签名的知情同意书、所有研究病历等。保存期五年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case record form shall be filled in by the researcher and delivered by another researcher to the data administrator to establish the database. The data in the table are input into the database by two independent data entry personnel in duplicate for statistical analysis. The investigator shall keep all research data, including confirmation of all subjects, all original signed informed consent forms, all research medical records, etc. The storage period is five years.
