研究目的：

基于患者的稀疏采样数据更新传统的建模方法，更好地模拟泊沙康唑药代动力学模型，为中国患者泊沙康唑临床个体化用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Update the traditional modeling method based on the sparse sampling data of patients to better simulate the pharmacokinetic model of posaconazole, and provide reference for the clinical individualized use of posaconazole in Chinese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；患有恶性血液病的患者；
（2）服用泊沙康唑口服混悬液7天以上；
（3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years old; Patients with malignant hematopathy;
(2) Take posaconazole oral suspension for more than 7 days;
(3) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）对泊沙康唑过敏的患者；
（2）住院医嘱外服药的患者；
（3）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients allergic to posaconazole;
(2) Patients who take medicine outside the hospital's order;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women.
