探讨基于草果和沉香的芳香疗法对脑卒中后抑郁的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of aromatherapy based on Amommum tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire and Aquilaria sinensis Lour on post-stroke depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1）经CT或MRI诊断为脑卒中；（2）卒中发生后3个月内发生抑郁；（3）HAMD-24评分为8-30分；（4）年龄在60-80岁之间；（5）意识清晰，MMSE评分≥27；（6）生命体征稳定

Inclusion criteria

(1) ischemic stroke diagnosed by CT or MRI; (2) depression within 3 months after the occurrence of stroke; (3) HAMD-24 score between 8 and 34; (4) age between 60 and 80 years; (5) with clear consciousness, MMSE score ≥27; (6) stable vital signs.

排除标准：

(1）有严重的语言、听觉、视觉障碍；（2）其他精神障碍；（3）其他严重疾病；（4）NIHSS评分>10分

Exclusion criteria：

(1) serious language, hearing and visual impairments; (2) other mental disorders; (3) other severe diseases;(4) NIHSS>10
