研究目的：

利用16s rDNA 测序技术比较长期佩戴RGP和OK患者和正常人群的眼表菌群组成，分析RGP与OK镜对眼表微生物的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

16s rDNA sequencing technology was used to compare the bacteria composition among eyes microflora of patients with long-term wearing RGP contact lens and OK lens and normal people, and to analyze the influence of RGP contact lens and OK lens on ocular surface microflora.

纳入标准：

连续佩戴RGP或OK镜2年以上。

Inclusion criteria

Continuous wearing with sequence or OK mirror for more than 2 years.

排除标准：

1. 有眼部或全身疾病、眼外伤、移植、激光手术；
2. 最近(在过去6个月内)有使用抗生素和/或类固醇治疗；
3. 有过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. had ocular or systemic diseases, ocular traumas, transplantations, or laser surgery;
2. recently had (within the previous 6 months) taken antibiotic and/or steroid treatment;
3. had allergies to drugs, pollen.
