研究目的：

本研究利用我科自创的JY改良弯腰试验筛取腰痛患者中伴腘绳肌损伤病例，设委中穴治疗组、委中加腰部腧穴治疗组、腰部腧穴治疗组治疗，对比治疗效果结合表面肌电加以研究，以现代医学和祖国医学相结合的方式来精确评估委中穴治疗腰痛的具体适应症。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the improved JY bending test screen created by our department was used to select cases of lumbago patients with hamstring muscle injury, and we set up Weizhong acupoint treatment group, Weizhong plus lumbar acupoint treatment group, waist acupoint treatment group, and waist acupoint treatment group. The comparative treatment effect was studied by combining surface myography, and the specific indications of Weizhong acupoint treatment for lumbago were accurately evaluated by combining modern medicine with the Chinese medicine.

纳入标准：

符合《中国急/慢性非特准：病程持续12周以上、病因不明、除脊柱特异性疾病或神经根性疼痛以外原因所引起的肋缘以下、臀横纹以上及双侧异性腰痛下背痛诊疗专家共识》相关标腋中线之间区域内的疼痛与不适，伴或不伴大腿牵涉痛。
满足JY改良弯腰试验阳性患者。JY改良弯腰试验具体测试方法：
1.患者双足平肩、脚尖朝前站立，患者主动弯腰，诱发腰痛加重为阳性。若疼痛不加重或加重不明显为阴性；
2.患者坐位，即屈髋屈膝位，患者主动弯腰，腰痛大部分缓解或完全缓解，为该试验阳性。若不缓解或缓解不明显为阴性；
3.若同时满足条件1和2，则患者再次站立位，双侧足跟分别垫高约5cm，然后再次主动弯腰，若疼痛减轻则为垫高侧下肢阳性。若疼痛加重则为垫高侧下肢阴性。
4.同时满足条件1、2、3可记为JY改良弯腰试验阳性。
A组为JY测试阳性，B组为JY测试阴性

Inclusion criteria

Pain and discomfort in the region between the midaxillary line, with or without referred thigh pain, in accordance with the relevant criteria of "China Acute/Chronic Non-Special Criteria: The course of the disease lasting more than 12 weeks, the etiology unknown, the Diagnosis and Treatment of sub-costal margin, above the hip stripes and bilateral opposite lumbago and Lower back pain caused by causes other than spinal specific disease or radiculopathy".
Patients meet improved JY bending test (JY test). The specific steps of JY testing are as follows:
1. The patient's feet were flat with shoulders and toes facing forward, and the patient actively bent over, causing aggravation of low back pain was positive. If the pain does not worsen or is not significantly negative.
2. The patient's sitting position, that is, the hip flexion and bended knee position, the patient actively bent over, and the low back pain was mostly relieved or completely relieved, which was positive for this test. If no remission or remission is not obvious negative.
3. If conditions 1 and 2 are met at the same time, the patient should stand again with the heels of both sides padded with about 5cm respectively, and then actively bend down again. If the pain is relieved, the lower limbs on the high side of the padded side are positive. If the pain increased, the lower limb on the high side of the pad was negative.
4. If conditions 1, 2 and 3 are met simultaneously, it can be regarded as positive JY modified bending test.
JY test was positive in group A and negative in group B

排除标准：

1.不符合上述诊断标准及纳入标准者；
2.虽符合诊断标准但同伴有明显的心、脑、肾及消化系统等疾病的患者，可能影响疗效的观察；
3.接受其他相关治疗；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.不能配合完成临床观察者或治疗不足 1 周者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria;
2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria but have obvious diseases of the heart, brain, kidney and digestive system in their companions may affect the observation of curative effect;
3. Receive other relevant treatment;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Patients who cannot cooperate with clinical observers or been treated for less than 1 week.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时，完整，正确，清晰地录入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入。之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time.
