研究目的：

通过在基于患者术前CT制作的3D打印头颅模型上进行模拟牵张成骨手术，验证基于轮廓校准的增强现实手术导航在辅助截骨及牵张器就位的准确性及易用  

Objectives of Study：

Validate the accuracy and ease of use of augmented reality surgical navigation based on contour calibration in auxiliary osteotomy and retractor positioning by simulating distraction osteogenesis on the 3D printed skull model made based on the patient's preoperative CT

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2020-2022年广西医科大学口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊的颌骨骨性错颌畸形患者。2.患者年龄大于18岁。3.需要进行下颌骨牵张成骨手术手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. From 2020 to 2022, patients with skeletal malocclusion of the jaw were treated by the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. 2. The patient is more than 18 years old. 3. Mandibular DO is required.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本次研究的患者。2.患者年龄小于18岁。

1. Patients who refused to participate in this study. 2. The patient is less than 18 years old.
