研究目的：

1.探讨不同护理操作对高血压脑出血患者的颅内压、脑灌注压、血压、心率、呼吸及血氧饱和度的影响。 2.分析高血压脑出血患者在进行不同护理操作前、中、后颅内压、脑灌注压、血压、心率、呼吸及血氧饱和度的变化趋势。 3.研究床头抬高不同角度翻身拍背对患者颅内压、脑灌注压及生命体征的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of different nursing operations on intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion pressure, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and blood oxygen saturation of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. 2. The changes of intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion pressure, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and blood oxygen saturation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage before, during and after different nursing operations were analyzed. 3. To study the effects of raising the head of a bed at different angles on patients' intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion pressure and vital signs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合第四届全国脑血管病会议通过的脑卒中诊断标准，并经MRI或CT证实，由专科医生确诊的出血性脑卒中患者；②年龄≥18周岁；③格拉斯哥昏迷评分(Glasgow Coma Scale，GCS)≤8 分；④经口气管插管接受机械通气，呼吸机模式为容量控制模式（CVC）；⑤实施开颅手术，且术后脑室内植入ICP监护仪传感器探头。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with hemorrhagic stroke who met the diagnostic criteria of stroke adopted by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference [8], confirmed by MRI or CT, and diagnosed by specialists; ② age ≥18 years old; ③ Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS)≤8; ④ Mechanical ventilation by oral tracheal intubation with volume control mode (CVC); ⑤ Craniotomy was performed, and the ICP monitor sensor probe was implanted in the ventricle after operation.

排除标准：

①有严重的心肺功能障碍；②病情出现恶化，实施抢救。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; ② The condition deteriorated and rescue was implemented.
