研究目的：

新型冠状病毒感染是以发热、干咳、乏力等症状为主要表现的疾病，主要传播途径为直接传播、气溶胶传播和接触传播。随着病毒变异，其免疫逃逸能力得到提高。根据报道，虽然新冠病毒病株致病力有所下降，但许多患者在感染后会出现呼吸急促、体力活动与锻炼受限、体力下降和疲劳感、声音嘶哑与咳嗽、吞咽问题、嗅觉味觉问题等情况。 中医药调节免疫力是我国的一大特色，多个报道说明中医药介入的新冠感染病例疗效、预后均满意。对于新冠感染恢复期患者可运用中药减轻症状，提高生活质量，预防再次感染。 本次研究主要观察固表防感颗粒对新冠感染恢复期患者症状改善和预防病毒二次感染的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Novel coronavirus infection is a disease mainly manifested by fever, dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms, and the main transmission routes are direct transmission, aerosol transmission and contact transmission. As the virus mutates, its immune escape ability is improved. According to the report, although the pathogenicity of the novel coronavirus strain has decreased, many patients suffer from shortness of breath, limited physical activity and exercise, decreased strength and fatigue, hoarseness and cough, swallowing problems, smell and taste problems after infection. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) regulation of immunity is a major feature of China. Several reports have indicated that the efficacy and prognosis of COVID-19 infection cases with TCM intervention are satisfactory. For patients recovering from COVID-19 infection, TCM can be used to reduce symptoms, improve quality of life and prevent reinfection. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Gubiao Fanggan Granules on improving symptoms and preventing secondary infection of COVID-19 in convalescent patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）当新冠病毒感染者病情明显好转，生命体征平稳，体温正常超过24小时，复查肺部影像学的患者显示急性渗出性病变明显改善时提示患者进入恢复期。（2）诊断为新冠感染恢复期证属肺脾气虚证患者。（3）体力评分（PS）≤2分；（4）预计生存期≥3个月；（5）性别不限，年龄18～75岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) When the condition of the COVID-19 infected patient is significantly improved, the vital signs are stable, the body temperature is normal for more than 24 hours, and the patient's lung imaging reexamination shows that the acute exudative lesions are significantly improved, the patient may enter the recovery period. (2) The patient was diagnosed as a recovery period syndrome of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome. (3) Physical performance score (PS) ≤2; (4) predicted survival time ≥3 months; (5) Both sexes, aged 18-75 years old.

排除标准：

（1）新冠感染者重型、危重型，恢复期中医证型属气阴两虚、寒饮郁肺证者。（2）合并其他严重器质性疾病者；（3）正在参加其他药物试验者；（4）免疫疾病、过敏体质、精神障碍者；（5）孕期、哺乳期者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe and critical cases of COVID-19 infected patients, and TCM syndrome types in the convalescence period belong to patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin and syndrome of cold drink suppressing lung. (2) Patients with other serious organic diseases; (3) participants in other drug trials; (4) immune diseases, allergic constitution, mental disorders; (5) pregnancy, lactation period.

固表防感颗粒口服，每次1包，每天2次。1月为1疗程，治疗观察1个疗程。并根据患者病情需要采用中医外治、针灸等。
