探讨环境内分泌干扰物与胆囊结石发病风险的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the association between environmental endocrine disruptors and risk of gallstone disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组：依据临床症状、腹部超声及肝脏生化检查，诊断胆囊结石
对照组：同期住院病人依据临床症状、腹部超声及肝脏生化检查，诊断无胆囊结石

Inclusion criteria

Case group: Based on clinical symptoms, abdominal ultrasound, and liver biochemical examination, the diagnosis of gallstones
Control group: Inpatients during the same period were diagnosed without cholecystolithiasis according to clinical symptoms, abdominal ultrasound, and liver biochemical examination.

排除标准：

1胆总管结石、肝内胆管结石；
2患有内分泌及代谢系统疾病；
3肝肾疾病、血液系统疾病；
4遗传性疾病及职业接触者；
5接受激素类药物治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1 Common bile duct stones, intrahepatic bile duct stones;
2 Suffering from endocrine and metabolic system diseases;
3. Liver and kidney disease, blood system disease;
4. Hereditary diseases and occupational contacts;
5. Those receiving hormone therapy;
