研究目的：

目前术后神经认知障碍（PND）临床治疗策略有限。本课题将经皮穴位电刺激（TEAS）引入到围术期PND患者中，观察其对减轻患者术后PND的影响。本研究在临床研究为背景的前提下联合基础研究，探究TEAS减轻术后PND的抗炎机制，以期有助于发现治疗PND的作用靶点，术后PND的临床治疗提供新的研究思路和实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, there are limited clinical treatment strategies for postoperative neurocognitive disorders (PND). In this study, percutaneous point electrical stimulation (TEAS) is introduced to perioperative PND patients to observe its effect on reducing postoperative PND. Under the premise of clinical research, this study combined with basic research to explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of TEAS to alleviate PND after surgery, in order to help find the target of PND treatment and provide new research ideas and experimental basis for the clinical treatment of PND after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）时长≥2 h的开腹手术；2）年龄65-85岁；3）术后住院时间≥7 d；4）ASA分级为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1) Open surgery lasting ≥2 h; 2) Age 65-85; 3) Postoperative hospital stay ≥7 days; 4) ASA was graded Ⅰ-Ⅲ.

排除标准：

1）有神经外科或心脏外科手术史；2）有中枢神经系统疾病史；3）正在服用镇静药物或抗抑郁药物；4）嗜酒≥80 g纯酒精/天×10年；5）严重视觉或听觉障碍，或存在其他无法正常交流情况；6）已接触过相同的神经心理学量表；7）简易智能量表测试（MMSE）符合排除标准：文盲＜18分；小学＜21；初中及以上＜25；8）拒绝参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) A history of neurosurgery or cardiac surgery;2) A history of central nervous system disease;3) Taking sedatives or antidepressants;4) Alcohol consumption ≥80 g pure alcohol/day ×10 years;5) Severe visual or hearing impairment, or other inability to communicate normally;6) Have been exposed to the same neuropsychological scale;
7) The Simple Intelligence Scale test (MMSE) meets the exclusion criteria: illiteracy < 18 points; Primary school < 21; Junior high school and above < 25;8) Refusing to participate in the study.
