研究目的：

1构建我院基于ADDIE模式的PD患者再培训模型。 2 应用我院基于ADDIE模式的PD患者再培训模型，提高患者的自我管理能力和满意度，从而提高患者的PD质量和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a retraining model for PD patients based on ADDIE model in our hospital. 2 Apply the ADDIE model-based PD patient retraining model in our hospital to improve the self-management ability and satisfaction of patients, so as to improve the quality of PD and quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁
②规律PD随访3月以上的患者
③神志清、语言沟通能力正常，并具有一定的理解能力的患者。
④知情同意，并自愿配合参与研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old
② Patients with regular PD follow-up for more than 3 months
③ Patients with clear mind, normal language communication ability and certain understanding ability.
④ Informed consent and voluntary cooperation with patients participating in the study.

排除标准：

①神志不清、语言表达不清、有认知障碍的患者。
②不同意参与研究的患者。
③没有理解能力中途退出干预研究的患者。
④在研究期间中止PD或转外院PD的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with confusion, unclear language and cognitive impairment.
② Patients who did not agree to participate in the study.
③ Patients who withdrew from the intervention study without understanding ability.
④ Patients who discontinued PD or were transferred to another hospital during the study.

采取随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和实验组，以不透明信封实施分配隐藏，信封外标注序号，信封内印有组别，由患者抽选，分组结果为：对照组200例，实验组200例。

The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method. The opaque envelope was used for distribution and hiding. The envelope was marked with serial number and the group was printed inside the envelope.
