研究目的：

探讨经皮神经电刺激（TENS）治疗儿童功能性便秘的安全性及有效性；探讨TENS在我国儿童功能性便秘（functional constipation ,FC）的作用及是否通过多种机制来治疗儿童功能性便秘。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) in the treatment of functional constipation in children. Objective To investigate the effect of TENS on functional constipation (FC) in children in China and whether to treat functional constipation through multiple mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄4-14周岁；
（2）符合罗马IV功能性便秘诊断标准；
（3）排除食物过敏引起便秘者（如牛奶、鸡蛋等食物）；
（4）能坚持参加试验随访者；
>4岁的儿童罗马IV功能性便秘诊断标准符合下列2项或以上，且不符合肠易激综合症的诊断标准，症状每周至少1次，持续2个月以上：a.每周排便≦2次；b.每周至少有1次大便失禁；c.有大量粪便潴留史或有与粪潴留有关的姿势；d.排便困难或疼痛者；e.直肠中有巨大的粪块；f.排出的粪便粗大以至于堵塞下水道。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 4-14 years old ;
(2) Meet the Roman IV functional constipation diagnostic criteria;
(3) exclude food allergy caused by constipation (such as milk, eggs, etc.);
(4) can adhere to the test follow-up.
>4 years old children who meet 2 or more of the following diagnostic criteria for Roman IV functional constipation and do not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome have symptoms at least once a week for more than 2 months: a. Defecation ≤ 2 times per week; B. Fecal incontinence at least once a week; C. a history of fecal retention or a posture associated with fecal retention; D. Difficult or painful defecation; E. a large fecal mass in the rectum; F. The excrement is so large that it clogs the sewer.

排除标准：

（1）拒绝签署知情同意；
（2）近期服用促运动药、抗胆碱能药或多巴胺能药物；
（3）有腹部手术史；
（4）患有糖尿病或其他代谢性疾病；
（5）肝胆疾病患者；
（6）设备部件过敏；
（7）拒绝留取粪便和血液样品的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Refusal to sign informed consent;
(2) Taking prokinetic drugs, anticholinergic drugs or dopaminergic drugs recently;
(3) Have Abdominal surgery history;
(4) Patients with diabetes or other metabolic diseases;
(5) Patients with hepatobiliary disease;
(6) Allergy to device components;
(7) The patients who refused to retain the stool and blood samples.
