研究目的：

回顾性记录在真实临床环境下接受含索拉非尼治疗方案且生存期超过3年肝癌患者的临床诊疗信息，并建立系统及分层的分析，以评估患者疾病特征和治疗决策对肝癌患者生存预后的影响，找寻到肝癌靶向药物的优势人群。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical characteristic of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with surafenib and a survival period of more than 3 years in real world were recorded retrospectively, and systematic and hierarchical analysis was established to evaluate the influence of disease characteristics and treatment decisions on survival and prognosis of liver cancer patients. To find out the dominant population of targeted drugs for hepatocellular carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）入院或出院诊断为“肝细胞癌” ；经 CT、MRI 和/或病理学、AFP 等诊断为原发性肝细胞肝癌；
2）生存时间超过 3 年。

Inclusion criteria

1) Clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma by CT, MRI and / or pathology, AFP, etc.;
2) the survival time was more than 3 years.

排除标准：

1）临床资料信息不全；
2）其它非肝细胞癌：如肝转移瘤、肝胆管细胞癌；

Exclusion criteria：

1) incomplete information of clinical data;
2) With other cancers such as liver metastasis cancer or hepatocholangiocarcinoma;
