Objectives of Study：

Explore the influence of Nintendo fitness ring game on the maximum angle of women's leg joint when crossing obstacles

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

招募了来自吉林体育学院的20名健康女性大学生，受试者年龄介于18至25岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

Twenty healthy female college students from Jilin Institute of Physical Education were recruited, and the subjects were between 18 and 25 years old.

排除标准：

所有的参与者均无视觉障碍及神经肌肉骨骼疾病病史，近期没有针刺治疗或药物使用史。

(1)年龄大于 40 岁者。 (2)高血压患者。 (3)每周参与中等强度运动超过两小时者。 (4)有中风、严重心脏病、糖尿病、神经肌肉疾患，以致无法参与身体活动者。 (5)肾脏、膀胱结石者。 (6)心律不整、配带心律调节器、严重心血管疾病者。 (7)癫痫、类风湿性关节炎者。 (8)近六个月植入人工关节、近期手术者。 (9)偏头痛、急性血栓及疝气者。 (10)实验前 24 小时内有从事剧烈运动或有肌肉酸痛情形者。 (11)实验期间因其他原因造成身体不适者。 (12)过度肥胖者 BMI>30，且受试者体重超过 100 公斤。

Exclusion criteria：

All participants had no history of visual impairment and neuromuscular bone disease, and had no recent history of acupuncture treatment or drug use.
(1) Persons aged over 40 years. (2) Patients with hypertension. (3) Those who participate in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours per week. (4) People with stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders that prevent them from participating in physical activity. (5) People with kidney or bladder stones. (6) Persons with cardiac arrhythmia, pacemakers or severe cardiovascular disease. (7) Persons with epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis. (8) Implantation of artificial joints in the last six months, recent surgery. (9) Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. (10) Persons who have engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle pain within 24 hours prior to the experiment. (11) Any other reason for physical discomfort during the experiment. (12) Excessively obese individuals with a BMI > 30 and subjects weighing more than 100 kg.
