研究目的：

通过组织社区高血压患者开展系列身心健康促进综合干预活动，提高干预对象的身心健康知晓率，改善干预对象的血压、BMI等生理和心理健康状况及自我管理效能。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to perform comprehensive psychosomatic promotion in hypertension patients with anxiety and depression based on community in Lanzhou, Gansu, to promote the awareness of physical and mental health knowledge, to improve the physical and mental health status, such as blood pressure, BMI and self-management efficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.高血压患者（收缩压>140mmHg，及/或舒张压>90mmHg）；
2.抑郁量表（PHQ-9）评估得分≥5分；
3.年龄18-69岁；
4.初中及以上文化程度，能理解问卷问题，日常交流无明显障碍；
5.预计未来6个月内在现居住地居住。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hypertensive patients (Systolic blood pressure >140mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure>90mmHg);
2. Depression scale (PHQ-9) evaluation score >=5 points;
3. Aged 18-69 years old;
4. Junior high school or above can understand the questionnaires, and there is no obvious barriers to daily communication;
5. To be expected to stay in the current residence within the next 6 months.

排除标准：

1.自报患有严重心肌梗死、脑梗死、肝硬化、尿毒症等躯体疾病，无法参加项目活动者；
2.视力、听力功能受损严重，肢体活动受限，影响参加活动者；
3.3个月内有服用抗精神病药、抗焦虑抑郁药物史；或自报患有物质滥用、老年痴呆的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients are self-reported with severe myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cirrhosis, uremia and other physical diseases who are unable to participate in the project activities;
2. Vision and hearing were severely impaired, and physical activity is limited affecting participants;
3. Have a history of taking antipsychotics, anti-anxiety and depression medications within 3 months; or self-reported with substance abuse and Alzheimer's disease.

在甘肃省西固区河口乡共招募高血压合并焦虑、抑郁并且符合纳入、排除标准的患者共80人。将患者按照入选顺序编号，然后利用随机数字生成器生成随机数字。再进一步按奇偶数将这组随机数字分为两组，奇数对应的病人分入对照组，偶数对应的病人分为实验组，由此完成随机分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A total of 80 patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited in Hekou, Xigu District, Lanzhou, Gansu Province. The patients were numbered in the order of selection, and the random number generator was used to generate random number.
