研究目的：

通过收集收集200例胃黏肠化患者200例非萎缩性胃炎患者的3块胃黏膜组织、1滴指尖血和10g粪便标本，采用HE染色、免疫荧光、定量聚合酶链反应qPCR、幽门螺杆菌抗体分型检测（免疫印迹法）、C-13呼气试验等方法，检测患者胃粘膜幽门螺杆菌的感染类型与解痉多肽表达化生的严重程度，解析幽门螺杆菌毒力因子CagA与解痉多肽表达化生的关系，为胃黏膜肠化的临床诊断和治疗提供新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Three sections of gastric mucosa tissue, one drop of fingertip blood and 10g stool samples were collected from 100 patients with gastric intestinal metaplasia disease and 100 patients with non-atrophic gastritis. HE staining, immunofluorescence, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), Helicobacter pylori antibody typing detection (Western blot), C-13 breath test and other methods were used. To detect the type of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in the gastric mucosa and the severity of the expression of antispasmodic peptides, and to analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori virulence factor CagA and the expression of antispasmodic peptides, so as to provide a new strategy for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric intestinal metaplasia.

纳入标准：

①　年龄：30岁-75岁。
②　性别：男女不限。
③　诊断标准：内镜下诊断为萎缩性胃炎伴肠化或慢性非萎缩性胃炎。
④　患者自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 30-75 years old.
② Gender: male or female.
③ Diagnostic criteria: endoscopic diagnosis of atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or chronic non-atrophic gastritis.
④ Patients voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

①　有心血管系统疾病、凝血功能异常、代谢性疾病以及精神性疾病等（高血压、糖尿病、抑郁症等)。
②　近3个月服用过抗生素或益生菌。
③　有酗酒史、吸烟史以及其他肿瘤病史。
④　处于妊娠期和哺乳期者。
⑤　既往有食道、胃肠道手术史。
⑥　其他原因不宜行无痛内镜检查者。
⑦　拒绝加入本研究的人员。

Exclusion criteria：

① Cardiovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, metabolic diseases and mental diseases (hypertension, diabetes, depression, etc.).
② Taking antibiotics or probiotics in the past 3 months;
③ History of alcoholism, smoking and other tumors.
(4) those who are pregnant or lactating.
5) previous history of esophageal or gastrointestinal surgery.
⑥ other reasons are not suitable for painless endoscopy.
⑦ persons who refused to participate in the study.
