研究目的：

收集疾病相关信息，探索扩心病患者的临床特征、药物使用情况和临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore clinical characteristics, medication use and clinical outcomes of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy by collecting information related to dilated cardiomyopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、纳入时年龄大于或等于18岁； 2、左心室舒张末内径（LVEDd）＞5.0cm（女性）和LVEDd＞5.5cm（男性)(或大于年龄和体表面积预测值的117％，即预测值2倍SD+5％）；3、左室射血分数LVEF＜45％，左室缩短率LVFS＜25％；4、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 at inclusion; 2.Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) > 5.0cm (women) and LVEDd > 5.5cm (men) (or greater than 117% of the predicted value for age and body surface area, 2-fold SD + 5% of the predicted value); 3.LVEF < 45% and LVFS < 25%; 4.Written informed consent.
