研究目的：

1.评价辽十六?复合膳食纤维颗粒治疗妊娠期功能性便秘的有效性； 2.评价辽十六?复合膳食纤维颗粒治疗妊娠期功能性便秘的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluation report ? Efficacy of compound dietary fiber granules in the treatment of functional constipation during pregnancy; 2. Evaluation report ? Safety of compound dietary fiber granules in the treatment of functional constipation during pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20周岁（含）～38周岁（含），女性；
2.符合《2013 年中国慢性便秘诊治指南》中的便秘诊断标准；
3.本次妊娠为正常妊娠；
4.自愿签署书面知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 20 years old (inclusive) to 38 years old (inclusive), female;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of constipation in the 2013 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation;
3. This pregnancy is a normal pregnancy;
4. Patients who voluntarily sign written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.因其他疾病继发孕期便秘；
2.合并其他妊娠并发症；
3.孕妇既往有炎症性肠病或者肠易激综合征病史；
4.合并严重心、肝、肾、消化和内分泌系统等原发性疾病者，肝、肾功能不全（ALT/AST/Cr大于正常值上限1.5倍），精神病患者；
5.对试验用产品及其成分不耐受者；
6.筛选前3个月内参加过其他临床试验；
7.研究者认为不适合入组的其他患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Constipation during pregnancy secondary to other diseases;
2. Complicated with other pregnancy complications;
3. Pregnant women have previous history of inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome;
4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, digestive and endocrine system, liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT / AST / Cr greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value), and psychiatric patients;
5. Those who are intolerant to the test products and their components;
6. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before screening;
7. Other patients that the researcher believes are not suitable for inclusion.
