研究目的：

1.了解在医护患三方对动静脉内瘘合并动脉瘤患者管理现状及管理需求； 2. 以最新的血管通路临床指南及系统评价为基础，将涉及的动静脉内瘘合并动脉瘤患者管理的最佳证据结合前期质性访谈形成动脉瘤患者管理方案临床实践指标。 3. 确定护士主导的综合干预对动静脉内瘘合并动脉瘤的血透患者的自我管理能力、生活质量、动脉瘤瘤体减小为主要结果，动脉瘤手术代偿率、动脉瘤复查监测评估率为次要指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the management status and management needs of patients with arteriovenous fistula complicated with aneurysm among doctors, nurses and patients; 2. Based on the latest clinical guideline and systematic evaluation of vascular access, the best evidence of management of patients with arteriovenous fistula complicated with aneurysm was combined with the previous qualitative interview to form the clinical practice index of management plan for patients with aneurysm. 3. To determine the influence of nurse-led comprehensive intervention on self-management ability, quality of life and aneurysm reduction of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula complicated with aneurysm as the main results, and the compensation rate of aneurysm surgery and the evaluation rate of aneurysm reexamination monitoring as the secondary indicators.

纳入标准：

①符合中国血液透析用血管通路专家共识（第2版）关于动脉瘤定义标准，并经过彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）或血管造影证实者；②研究对象同意自愿参与研究，对内容完全知情；③患者年龄：18岁≦年龄≦60岁。

Inclusion criteria

① Those who meet the definition standard of aneurysm in China's expert consensus on vascular access for hemodialysis (2nd edition) and have been confirmed by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) or angiography; ② The research subjects agreed to participate in the research voluntarily, knowing the content completely; ③ Age of the patient: 18 years old ≦ age ≦60 years old.

排除标准：

具有严重的慢性疾病：诊断为肿瘤后期或恶性肿瘤、严重性感染疾病等；诊断患有精神或认知障碍以及依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Have serious chronic diseases: diagnosed as late tumor or malignant tumor, severe infectious diseases, etc.; Diagnose patients with mental or cognitive disorders and poor compliance.

Patients diagnosed with aneurysm or tumor-like dilatation in April 2022 with tumor diameter less than 3cm were set as control group, and patients diagnosed with aneurysm or tumor-like dilatation with tumor diameter less than 3cm in May 2022 were set as intervention group.
